This 2-day Training Course examines both the quality system and technical requirements within the standard including impartiality, and reliance on technical competence for the judgement exercised by inspectors.
The course differentiates inspection as a conformity assessment activity from the "inspection" normally associated with regulatory inspections. It contains easy-to-understand approaches to continual improvement and handling of customer feedback (complaints and compliments) and appeals of inspection decisions.
The course contains extensive reference to international interpretation and implementation guidance documents which are used by accreditation bodies.
