Inspection and Certification are not Testing
MOTIVA Training understands the differences in national and international voluntary conformity assessment approaches to inspection body and product certification body standards and the accreditation of these organisations. Courses are public offerings and anyone may attend, although it is probably preferable that participants have some experience in either certification or inspection, as applicable. Course materials are primarily directed at these organisations to assist their implementation of best practice in the use of their own QMS tools.
MOTIVA Training materials are aligned with the MOTIVA Learning Model for adult education.

MOTIVA Training also delivers training courses to accredited laboratories on behalf of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies. Training delivered can be:
- material developed by the accreditation body on a topic within the scope of expertise of MOTIVA Training staff, or
- material developed by MOTIVA Training such as one of the MOTIVA Training course offerings re-branded with the look and feel of the accreditation body.
