Online training is delivered by Teachable at https://motiva-training.teachable.com/  MOTIVA Training can design training specific to the needs of accredited conformity assessment bodies, ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies, and Regulatory Authorities on subjects within our scope of expertise.  If desired training is not in the list above, please contact us.  Online training is normally authorised once fees have been paid.

Webinars can be provided by prior arrangement and make use of the same materials used for in-class training course shown above.  Webinars use appropriate webex/webinar software that connects a single room of participants to the training facilitator or connects multiple independent participant stations to the training facilitator. The cost of the webinar must therefore include the cost of connecting the participants to the training facilitator using software that allows Voice-over-Internet (VOIP) and multiple screen manipulation by the facilitator and the participants.  MOTIVA charges a flat fee of $200 per hour of webinar training plus a $100 fee for the provision of the course training binder associated with the training. The amount of time charged is based entirely on the needs of the participants to meet their own learning objectives. In order to discuss needs, please contact us.  As with in-class training, certificates cannot be issued to participants until all course fees have been paid.

NON-PUBLIC Training Delivered on behalf of ILAC Signatories

MOTIVA Training delivers NON-PUBLIC training courses on behalf of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies to their accredited organizations (labs, inspection bodies, product certification bodies, etc) at the rate of $1250 per day of training.  This is the rate charged to the accreditation body.  This fee is to promote the use of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies in the acquisition of competent conformity assessment and quality system training.  See our Mission, Vision and Values page.

Travel and accommodation costs are separate and charged at the rates shown in the current published version of the MOTIVA Travel GuidelinesNote that international travel will result in travel day per-diem costs at one half of this set daily rate, or $600 per day for each day of travel needed to reach the international destination.

The cost for the training materials is not included in these fees.  They may be provided, on request, for the cost of the publications shown above.

NON-PUBLIC Training Delivered on behalf of Organizations Not Signatory to ILAC

MOTIVA Training delivers NON-PUBLIC training courses to an organization, without going through an ILAC-recognised accreditation body.  The daily fee charged to the organization is $2500 per day.  This difference in fees is to promote the use of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies in the acquisition of competent conformity assessment and quality system training.  See our Mission, Vision and Values page.

Assessment Service Fees within North America

MOTIVA Training staff represent ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies in North America in the delivery of assessments to accredited and applicant laboratories for the purpose of the accreditation of the laboratories.  Assessments are conducted at the rates specified by the applicable accreditation body. Travel and accommodation costs are separate and charged at the rates shown in the current published version of the MOTIVA Travel Guidelines. Note that travel will result in travel day per-diem costs at one half of the set daily rate for each day of travel needed to reach the destination.

Consulting and International Assessment Fees

MOTIVA Training provides specific consulting services to laboratories, inspection bodies, product certification bodies, proficiency testing providers, ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies, and Regulatory Authorities at the rate of $1250 per day of training or consulting (including auditing), depending on the availability of staff and/or facilitators.

MOTIVA Training delivers consulting services to organizations that are not affiliated to an ILAC-recognised accreditation body.  The daily fee charged to these organizations is $2500 per day.  This difference in fees is to promote the use of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies in the acquisition of competent conformity assessment and quality system training.  See our Mission, Vision and Values page.

MOTIVA Training staff can also represent ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies outside of North America in the delivery of assessments to accredited and applicant laboratories for the purpose of the accreditation of those laboratories.  Travel and accommodation costs are separate and charged at the rates shown in the current published version of the MOTIVA Travel Guidelines.
