Course Description
Learn about the international accreditation body standard from a qualified international peer body evaluator. Examine its underlying concepts and its relationship with national regulatory efforts. Understand its requirements.
This 2-day Training Course examines both the quality system and the oversight requirements within the standard, including assessor selection and employment, impartiality and the responsibilities required of accredited organisations, laboratories, inspection bodies, and certification bodies.
The course contains extensive reference to international interpretation and implementation guidance documents which are used by accreditation bodies around the world.
A third optional day of the course is an all-out full court press on interpreting the requirements of the standard based on real-life international peer evaluations.
