Pre-payment of Training Fees

All training-related fees (online, in-class, publications) are due and payable prior to the first day of training (online or in-class) or delivery of publications. As a result, all training fees will be processed on the day prior to the first day of in-class or online training, or the date of shipment of publications. Credit cards are debited on the day prior to the first day of training in order to avoid unnecessary service charges.

Note that training certificates will not be delivered until all fees have been paid.

Cancellation Policy for In-Class Training Fees

  • Registered participants may cancel, in writing, no later than two weeks prior to the commencement of training in order to receive a full refund of all monies paid in advance and to avoid all credit card debits.
  • Registered participants who cancel, in writing, less than two weeks prior to the commencement of training, or who do not appear in training on the first day of training, will be charged a “no-show” fee of one-half the value of the training fee in order to defray logistic costs incurred. Any participant charged a “no-show” fee may apply this amount to the cost of any future training delivered by MOTIVA.

This Policy does not Apply to MOTIVA Training Delivered under Contract of Another Agency.

All training-related fees (online, in-class, publications) for training delivered under contract of another agency, such as an ILAC-recognised accreditation body, or regulatory agency, are due and payable on completion of the contracted training in accordance with a standard and agreed MOTIVA Quote.
