17025 Assessments of LabsMOTIVA Training staff assesses laboratories of behalf of a number of ILAC-recognised accreditation bodies in order to accredit or continue the accreditation of these laboratories.

Assessments are delivered in accordance with the accreditation body's own procedures.   Our assessors have been formally trained and qualified by each accreditation body using them so as to protect the integrity and credibility of their accreditation programs.  

Procedures are in place to address and avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest caused by a potential overlap of assessment and training work.  See our Conflict of Interest and Confidentiallity Code.

Making Best use of Unique Skills

Our staff are best used to conduct the more difficult assessments.  MOTIVA has an international reputation for undertaking such work to the success of either an accreditation program or an MRA peer body evaluation.  Our skills include the ability to develop consensus on conformance to difficult requirements.

Assessor Fees

Assessments are conducted at the rates specified by the applicable accreditation body. Travel and accommodation costs are separate and charged at the rates established by the accreditation body or as shown in the current published version of the MOTIVA Travel Guidelines.
